Tokenomics

The supply of SKILL is designated as follows:

  • IDO – 35%
  • Gameplay Incentives – 20%
  • Development – 20%
  • Initial Liquidity – 15%
  • Liquidity Incentives – 10%

The development fund vests at a rate of 25% per quarter. The Investor fund vests at a rate of 25% per month.

Characters

Characters are one of the main NFT’s that players can posses in the game. Each account can hold a maximum of 4 players. Trying to add a 5th will result in a penalty, but you can create multiple accounts. They have instructions and guides on how to do this in their docs.

Characters can be purchased with the native token SKIL. All SKIL spent on minting new characters gets sent to the contract that handles the fight payouts. There are various levels of characters and the higher the level, the more SKIL tokens you can earn so the longer you play, the more you earn from your battles.

Each character starts at level one and comes with a random element. There are 4 elements; “Fire”, “Earth”, “Lightning”, and “Water”. Each element trumps and is trumped by another element as follows:

The first character minted comes with a starting weapon. There are various levels of weapons. A higher level weapon will allow you to win tougher battles (more information about weapons below).

Character Elements

  • Fire: Trumps Earth; Trumped by water
  • Earth: Trumps Lightning; Trumped by Fire
  • Lightning: Trumps Water; Trumped by Earth
  • Water: Trumps Fire; Trumped by Lightning

Stamina

Each character minted starts with 200 stamina. Each battle uses 40 stamina and is refreshed at a rate of 1 stamina every 5 min.

Weapons

There are five tiers of weapons available for purchase. A player receives a 1-star weapon when their first character is minted. Weapons like characters are minted with one of the four elements (fire, earth, lightning, water).

Forging

Players can increase their overall combat power by forging new weapons at the blacksmith. Forging uses a random number generator (RNG) and the chances of minting each tier of weapons are as follows:

  • One-star, 44% chance
  • Two-star, 35% chance
  • Three-star, 15% chance
  • Four-star, 5% chance
  • Five-star, 1% chance

One-star through three-star forged weapons are assigned one element and one power attribute. Four-star weapons are assigned an element and two elements of power attributes. Five-star weapons are assigned an element and three elements of power attributes. The attributes range in power from 4-400 each star level with its own range and are as follows:

Range of Power for Weapons Forged

  • One-star ranges between 4-200
  • Two-star ranges between 180-300
  • Three-star ranges between 280-400
  • Four-star ranges between 200-400 (2 power attributes)
  • Five-star ranges between 268-400 (3 power attributes)

Combat

Combat is where the action takes place. First, a player selects a character they wish to enter combat within the plaza. Next, they choose which weapon they wish to use. Once the weapon is chosen, four combatants will appear. A player then chooses which combatant to face off with. There are several things to consider before choosing an opponent:

  • the attribute type of their character
  • the attribute type of the weapon
  • the attribute type of their opponent
  • the power of their opponent

These four things have a chance to impact the outcome of the battle.

Rewards

A player receives two types of rewards when they successfully win a battle, SKIL and character experience. The SKIL and the experience earned are stored until the player decides to withdraw the SKIL token to their wallet (Meta Mask) and apply the experience

Note: when forging, the game will draw the SKILL from the player’s storage SKILL before drawing SKILL from their wallet.
